Portal Transformation (Stage 3)

EDIP-HC will team with the Plan to help transform the current Portal operations and services into a more streamlined and efficient operation, reducing operational cost and mitigating the risk for failure. Portal transformation processes include documentation, training, change request, business support, provider support, maintenance, testing, education and communication, and all Portal client service request. By implementing new best practices into a streamlined and efficient operation, all processes will improve. We realize that in order to take advantage of new technologies, a transformation of operations should align the new operations and processes with the current business operations, processes and personnel.
